2023年11月14-17日，第十一届亚太海岸工程国际会议（International Conference on Asian and Pacific Coasts）在日本京都举行。此次会议吸引了来自20多个国家和地区的代表参加会议，会议共收到291篇摘要，200余名学者做了会议报告。
团队郑金海教授，张弛教授、王岗教授、陈松贵研究员、隋倜倜青年教授、范骏副研究员、李元博士后、迟善航博士生、杨沐盛博士生等师生一行九人参加了此次会议。会议期间，郑金海教授参加了APAC理事会会议，审定了会议最佳论文，讨论下届会议相关事宜。张弛教授，王岗教授，隋倜倜青年教授担任分会场报告主持人；王岗教授做了题为“A novel nearshore nonhydrostatic model with improved dispersion and nonlinear performance” 的报告，隋倜倜青年教授做了题“Seabed liquefaction of a silt seabed with multiple wave-climate exposures”的报告，范骏副研究员做了题为“Discussions on triggering conditions for resonance among free-surface waves ambient current and rippled bottoms in estuarial regions”的报告，李元博士后做了题为“Effects of soil resistance damping on wave-induced pore pressure accumulation in a sandy seabed”的报告，迟善航博士生做了题为“Exploring the Coastal Morphological Response to Removal of Breakwater”的报告，杨沐盛博士生做了题为“Coupling model for wave-induced oscillatory and residual response around submarine pipeline”的报告。这些报告均取得了热烈反响。
亚太海岸工程国际会议是由中国海洋工程学会（COES）、日本土木工程师学会近海工程委员会（JSCE）和韩国近海和海洋工程师协会（KSCOE）发起的，旨在促进亚洲和太平洋国家/地区海岸研究和沿海环境问题的学术和技术交流的国际会议。
